For Me To Live Is Christ Jesus!

As believers of the gospel of grace which is Christ Jesus, we are called to do everything to the glory of God, whether we are by ourselves or in the midst of a group of friends or people. Our actions and attitudes, words and motives should all be done to His glory- not out of duty but from a heart, desired to walk worthy of our calling in Christ. Not because we are instructed to do so, but out of a deepening love for our Heavenly Father and glorified savior.

Paul rightly pointed out that a worthy Christian walk is not dependent on being seen by others, but by maintaining a right Spirit within. The Spirit of wisdom, and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. Glory to God……Amen!

Beauty Is Found in God’s Living Word of Truth

1 Timothy 2:8-15 MSG
[8-10] Since prayer is at the bottom of all this, what I want mostly is for men to pray—not shaking angry fists at enemies but raising holy hands to God. And I want women to get in there with the men in humility before God, not primping before a mirror or chasing the latest fashions but doing something beautiful for God and becoming beautiful doing it. [11-15] I don’t let women take over and tell the men what to do. They should study to be quiet and obedient along with everyone else. Adam was made first, then Eve; woman was deceived first—our pioneer in sin!—with Adam right on her heels. On the other hand, her childbearing brought about salvation, reversing Eve. But this salvation only comes to those who continue in faith, love, and holiness, gathering it all into maturity. You can depend on this.

It’s God’s heart desire that we all do well in His vineyard.

Jesus Welcomes The Out Cast

God is always ready to make you clean, deliver you, save you, fix you etc , but how ready and willing are you to accept His love and grace

But personally, what issue or problem makes you feel like an outcast (is it a poor attitude, fear, timidity, arrogance, looking down on people, laziness etc.)
Listen God sent His son Jesus to die for you and to buy you from the slave market of sin. You have been bought at a price. You are that expensive. Only sacrifice through death could buy you. God is not willing to let you go no matter what, unless you get tired and give up.
But the word of God makes us understand in Gal. 6:9 Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up.
What will we reap, His love, his grace and strength to live for Him. Amen!

ALL THAT YOU NEED

I’ve been thinking about how to make the power of God real in my life. I’ve been thinking of how to experience his presence and glory. As i read a bible verse this morning the holy spirit said the answer is in Hebrews 11:6. Only if you will diligently seek Him then He will reward you with what? His power, glory and presence. God is love.

Be a Woman of Power and Love

John 2:13-17 Jesus was a man of love and power when he walked upon this earth, yet in righteous indignation, he drove the money changers out of the temple.

As a woman follow the steps of your big brother Jesus. Walk in love with all meekness and in power in all humility with wisdom and understanding.

Do all that had been assigned to your scripturally. God is counting on you. God is love!

How does salt lose its saltiness?

Last week at prayer, Pastor John posed a question to us: How does salt lose its saltiness? The question leads to more questions. Is the reference literal or is it figurative? Coming from a scientific background, I logically thought this thing through.

The first question that must be addressed is this. What is the chemical composition of the salt? Is it table salt, NaCl? For the sake of this argument, we’ll assume that Jesus is speaking of table salt. When NaCl is combined with water, it is a mixture, not another compound. No discernible chemical reaction occurs. The salt particles enjoy the extra space of not being in crystal form, but the vast majority of the salt molecules don’t mingle with the water–ie share electrons.

The only way for salt to lose its saltiness, from a chemical perspective, is for a chemical reaction to occur. NaCl is a very stable…

That means we will not compare ourselves with each other as if one of us were better and another worse. We have far more interesting things to do with our lives. Each of us is an original.

A Heart For The King

If you have a heart for king Jesus and not his kingdom, you have great grace to function in his presence.

You are able to catch his anointing to walk in the perfect will of God.

Love him for who he is not what he does. His ways are more loving and soothing than His acts….

God is love!!!

Precious Golden Nuggets-From His Side

He brought forth eve from the side of Adam. Eve was made. This means God had to take his time to bring the best out of what he had already created (Adam) .
Like christ Jesus, the church, his body was brought forth from his side. When he was pierced in his side water and blood gushed out. Hallelujah! Glory to God. As this act was done we were brought forth. He made us holy, blameless and presented us to God like he presented eve to Adam, pure and spotless. God is love!!!
